Basement

This space below deck, just off the hallway next to the kitchen was a great extra.

We were asked to add a washroom, board up, add cupboards, lay new flooring and add new stairs. The new boiler is housed here also. This wonderful underground space is now used as a utility room with the option to use for much, much more.
